"Charity work should not be needed today, people should look after themselves".

Currently there are undeveloped countries which need help from other countries to survive or simply to have at least a better quality of life.
It's necessary to help them or only look for ourselves?

I think helping is the best decision we can make. Mainly because we have to help others to make humanity better, more united and equal. This can make a better humanity.

on the other hand we must also think that some day we could be those who need help, and not other countries or people. That is why we must act correctly and be charitable. If we help the needy, when we need it, they could help us to contribute things as well.

In my opinion if you want to change the world, do it now. You can help by contributing your grain of sand. Sometimes people need help, just like we sometimes need it.
